The 10th Corps Command said that Captain Chen of 234^th Brigade did not show at the fall in this morning (5^th), and officers of the unit found that she hanged herself in the dormitory of the camp, and was dead despite of emergency treatment. The case is immediately transferred to Wufeng Precinct, Taichung City Police Department for investigation.

The 10th Corps expressed its deep sorrow and pain with the accident, and will further coordinate with the investigation of prosecutors and polices, and assist her family for subsequent funeral matters; and assign local mental health center personnel to implement group counseling and enhance the mutual caring and mental health counseling acts to build correct recognition of life.
